The foundation is that structural part of a building (sub-structure) on which a building is erected. It is the bed rock that carries every other structure that makes up a whole edifice or building.
As it is in building technology, so it is in every other life endeavour – business, academics, carrier, family life (marriage, child upbringing, interpersonal relationships etc). The place of the foundation cannot be overemphasized. So many people are what they are today because of what kind of foundation they had in their lives and what was done with foundations laid.
In this series of our Christian foundation teachings, we are focusing on Christian foundations, their significance, and effects on believers. We will also consider various types of foundations that abound and their consequences in the lives of believers and others, in whose lives they are found.
