1. Purpose of the Policy

2. Definitions
2.1 Business Consultant
A Business Consultant is any individual or entity acting on behalf of DEB-LINK COMMUNICATION or DEBORAH PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES EST. This includes agents, service providers, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, representatives, or any person supporting business development, negotiations, or project execution on behalf of the company.
2.2 Public Official
A Public Official includes:

Members of legislative or parliamentary bodies
3. Ethical Principles and Professional Conduct
All Business Consultants must act with honesty, loyalty, integrity, and professionalism. Ethical breaches will not be tolerated.
The company expects the following at all times:

Transparent communication and accurate reporting

Respect for client confidentiality and business information

Strict avoidance of corruption, inducements, and improper influence

4. Client Engagement and Commitment Requirements
To protect intellectual property and maintain fairness in all engagements, the following rules apply:

A fifty percent commitment fee is required before the company releases or develops any business idea, proposal, or structure for any client.

Clients must initiate major project actions within twenty-five days from the submission of the business idea or preamble.

Failure to activate or commit to the project within this period releases the company from further involvement.

If no action is taken within thirty days, the company is permitted to use or share the submitted business idea or proposal with any other interested party without notice.
5. Risk Management and Due Diligence
This Policy was established after identifying risks during earlier engagements. To ensure proper due diligence, all clients and Business Consultants must:

Provide truthful and verifiable information

Avoid personal conflicts of interest

Refrain from misrepresenting affiliation with the company

Comply with ethical and legal guidelines in all jurisdictions

Support any due diligence process required for business transactions
Non-compliance may result in immediate disengagement.
6. Reporting Unofficial or Fraudulent Contacts
Clients must report any unauthorized individual or entity posing as a representative of DEB-LINK COMMUNICATION or DEBORAH PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES EST.
