Terms of Commission for Affiliate Marketing

1. Commission Structure: The affiliate will receive a commission based on a percentage or fixed amount of each successful service commitment from their referred client.
2. Commission Rate: The commission rate will be clearly defined and agreed upon and may vary depending on the service being promoted. For instance, on our ongoing promotion, the following commission includes
   1. Start-up of $150 (AED550.85) Website design service with general know-how training. This package has a yearly renewal of $100 (AED367.23) – Instant commission for affiliate marketers = $50, annual commission for affiliate marketers on client renewal $20
   2. Start-up of $450 (AED1652.54) Website design service with general know-how training, weekly content development (like copywriting and graphic design) and site/social-handles activeness monitoring. This package has a yearly renewal of $300 (AED1101.69) – Instant commission for affiliate marketers = $110, yearly commission for affiliate marketers on client renewal $80
   3. New promotions will be available on https://deblinkco.com/offer, and the commission rate will be updated above this section.
3. Payment Schedule: Payments will be made instantly whenever a referred client initiates a full-service commitment fee.
4. Payment Method: Commission payments will be made via bank transfer or other mutually agreed method.
5. Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum payout threshold may be set, which the affiliate must reach before receiving their commission. Both parties will agree upon this threshold.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing a written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the affiliate will cease to earn any further commissions.
7. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify the commission terms at 3-month intervals – Last updated dated 10/10/2023. The affiliate will be notified of any changes to the commission structure, payment schedule, or other relevant terms.
8. Confidentiality: The affiliate agrees to keep confidential information received from us, including customer data and marketing strategies, personal and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
