This was an IT Contract for BONA MULTI SOLUTIONS.
During the Farmer’s project awarded to AgroMall and executed by Bona Multisolutions in Abuja, Nigeria, we were contracted to supply over 25 PC and configure on them an electronic call PBX system with cloud recording for effective monitoring and report, IVR and extension number for all agents. The call PBX system was successfully configured per the workstation setting. All calling activities and queries were linked with an effective CRM application for monitoring and reporting.
